Skin- I recently shared a post about using AIVOYE Suction Black Mask Deep Cleansing Face Mask with activated charcoal. I’m super excited to add this to my regular beauty routine as well as the smoothness of my skin after using the cleansing mask. I am also loving Nivea In Shower Body Lotion. My skin is naturally dry and I am allergic to most lotions so using the Nivea In Shower Body Lotion leaves my skin feeling refreshingly smooth without the allergic reaction.
Teeth- I recently started using Colgate Optic White Toothbrush Plus Whitening Pen in hopes of lessening the years and years of Coca-Cola stains on my teeth. Focusing on a better brighter smile since that’s what I do 98% of my day is smile.
Lips- Lip sugar scrubs and colour pop lip color. I have done some research on beauty tips and applying a lip sugar scrub prior to your lip color helps keep the color from fading throughout the day. I have an obsession with anything lip gloss, lip stick, Chap Stick, lip love all the way but the disappointment of having to re-apply every hour was/is starting to get old.
Make-Up- I am really trying hard to give up on heavy make-up products. Throughout many of my high school and college years, black eye-liner was all I ever used with the occasional mascara. Now as a mom boss I’d like something a little less intense and more natural.
Diet- As I posted before the family and I have started using Hello Fresh for meals throughout the week. Check out my Hello Fresh post here. I have also shared about my struggle with weight gain. So why does this apply to my 2017 Beauty Upgrades for 2017, because what you put in your mouth is just as important if not more important as what you put on your face and skin. A healthy diet will allow for more glow and hydration.
