Carson’s Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins
2 C flour
1 C White sugar
½ C Unsweetened coco powder
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 bag of chocolate chips
½ C whole milk
½ C vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla
½ C mayonnaise (secret weapon)
To Do List:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12 count muffin sheet with cupcake liners.
Mix your dry ingredients except for your chocolate chips in your stand mixer. Mix wet ingredients except the chocolate syrup in a separate bowl.
Once wet ingredients are all mixed slowly add them to the dry ingredients. Continue mixing and add approximately half of the bag of chocolate chips.
Keep the mixer going and drizzle in your chocolate syrup (amount is to taste). Once everything is incorporated you can scoop your batter into your muffin tin about ¾ of the way full.
Add a sprinkle of your remaining chocolate chips on top of each muffin before baking. Put your filled muffin tin in the oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees baking for 15 minutes.
