Last year was our first themed Valentines Day photoshoot which happened just because I wanted a cute photo for my Facebook profile picture. So this year is no different. We always have so much fun taking these pictures, well okay I have so much fun taking these pictures and if the minis are in the right mood they enjoy it too. I am beyond proud of my minis and even if I may be a little biased I think they are the most beautiful children in the whole world. As a busy mom myself, I am know self-proclaimed fashionista however I think I am raising one. All of my minis’ outfits are easy pieces I pulled together in a matter of a few minutes. I am not a huge fan of reds and normally steer towards pinks and corals but this year red seemed to really be the “in” color in the fashion industry trending since Christmas.
Addison is always posing for pictures, that’s what happens when you are the only girl grandaughter. We started our Valentine’s Day Photoshoot at church this weekend since it was very rainy/snowy/slushie outside. Cold models = no pictures with smiles.
My boys, always looking handsome. They just got haircuts right before this shoot so they get temporary hair color if they sit nicely for their cuts. Landon always loves to throw on a bow tie matching or not. His smile is just contagious.
I thought maybe if I stood behind them they’d smile better for the pictures, I think I was right. I love how all of our coodinate so well together without being to “matchy matchy.” You would never be able to tell that there is two years between each of these kiddos, I think they could pass as triplets.
Then Addison felt it was her turn to be the photographer and take my picture. What do you think of my LuLaRoe Dress called Amelia?
Later in the day we started to get some sunshine so we changed outfits and headed outside without the boys. In Pennsylvania you never know what weather you will get in a 24 hour timespan. We have 60 degree weather one day and snow the next day that closes school for the day. Only in PA my friends!
