Rustic Crock Pot Roast Dinner
- 1 Boneless Pork Butt Roast
- 1 Small Bag of Baby Carrots
- 4 Large Potatoes
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Can of Cream Of Chicken Soup
- Dried Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Roughly cut your potatoes and onions into chunks.
Season pork butt on both sides and add to crock pot.
Add chopped potatoes and onions to your crock pot and the entire bag of baby carrots.
Season with the dried thyme.
Add the can of cream of chicken soup and two cups of water.
Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
