Stepping into March, I’m so glad that I decided to start my year off in February because my February ROCKED! I knocked out nearly all of my goals I had set for myself and then some.
You can check out my February goals here
I am still working on getting myself healthy this pneumonia is hanging on for dear life.
I crushed and doubled my February personal sales for Thirty-One
I also finished my study of Ruth
I have been blogging daily just as I had hoped and scheduling posts along the way.
Enough with my February Goals how about some goals for March.
Since I crushed and doubled my sales for Thirty-One in February it has actually put in me in DIQ (Director In Qualification) status, a step closer to becoming a Director, a goal I had set for myself about a year ago. What this means is, myself and my team need to hit $4000 in sales for three months in a row, February was month one, March and April. I personally need to hit $1000 in sales each of those months which is included in that $4000.
$1000+ in personal sales with Thirty-One.
To achieve director status and remain there a strong team is needed. No one achieves greatness alone. To qualify for director I need four team members, which I already have but I’m not stopping with four.
Add one team member to my team #teammomboss (the name is quite fitting don’t you think)
March also began Lent for us Lutherans, which means weekly Wednesday services as well as Sunday service and following along in my Lenten Devotional book.
Read my Lenten Devotional book daily.
This month marks 16 weeks until our annual dance recital. So I will be continuing my preparation for that event. You never realize how much actually goes into recital prep until you are knee deep in it. J
Finish choreography of routines.
I’m super excited how well my blog is doing in just a few short weeks. I feel excited every time I post something new and then again when I see how many others have read my posts. But if you haven’t caught on yet I’m not one to sit still and I need to do more and grow more.
Hit 1,000 views on my blog! That’s a big one my friends.
Goals are very important and I strongly feel that everyone needs to have them on a monthly, weekly, or daily bases. Even the simplest of goals can make you feel empowered once achieved. The things you may learn about yourself along the way to achieving those goals, to me, is more important that the achievement of them.
What goals have you set up for yourself this month?
